Dr Xavier Bray becomes Director of the Wallace Collection

MRT are delighted to share the news that Dr Xavier Bray has been announced as the new Director of the Wallace Gallery. Xavier’s previous roles include Head of Spanish Art at the National Gallery and, most recently, Chief Curator of the Dulwich Picture Gallery.
Xavier was also curator of the National Gallery’s Goya: The Portraits exhibition and leads our Goya: Zaragoza & Madrid tour in March 2017. The tour traces the great artist’s life and features visits to areas of the palace at El Escorial that are not open to the public to see Goya tapestries.
