Our team
All our staff are trained in the skills we consider essential for working at MRT. These include front line response, administrative excellence, selling and product knowledge. We are all involved in representing the company, from a simple phone call to a client to attending industry events, to accompanying tours and Martin Randall Festivals.
The departments within our office are interdependent, and many staff carry out roles in more than one area of the business.
