Music, Opera & Ballet tours

From Berlin’s Philharmonie to Milan’s Teatro alla Scala, our small-group music tours provide top-category tickets to some of the finest concerts, operas and ballets in the world, hand-picking the most attractive combinations of performances. Not only do we take care of all logistics, but the music is illuminated by eminent musicologists, and time is given for gentle exploration of other cultural aspects of the destination. We offer a range of musical experiences, from Early Music at Valletta’s Baroque Festival, to Wagner’s Ring Cycles; from the intimate chamber music and Lieder of a Schubertiade, to spectacular opera in Verona, Glyndebourne and Vienna.

On a grander scale, Martin Randall Festivals feature world-class performers, including the Tallis Scholars, Early Opera Company and the Gabrieli Consort & Players in the finest and most historically apt venues. The cornerstone of every festival is the union of music and place, in glorious destinations such as Venice, Oxford and along the Danube river. They are organised and operated solely by MRT and are exclusive to our clients. Although numbers are much larger than on small-group tours – from 100 to 250 people – the principles of care, detail and intimacy, far from being diluted, are simply applied on a grander scale.
