Bill Knight photographs The Divine Office music festival

At the end of September 2015 we held our Divine Office festival, concerts of choral music set in the beautiful halls and chapels of Oxford. The Divine Office day itself featured eight services of the monastic day beginning at 1.00am and ending at 10.00pm. This is the oldest living musically-enriched ritual in the world, and creates a wonderful and intense atmosphere in which to hear the music.
We invited photographer Bill Knight to join us for the festival. The photographs he took reflect the convivial environment created on all of our tours and festivals, and the intimacy of the magnificent surroundings provided by some of the country’s oldest colleges.
